A discussion on Web APIs. This is about creating a Web API (Jokes), and creating API that retains data as long as the Web Server is running. This is done using List and Dictionaries as the backend. Ultimately, this example could be extended by adding a database to the backend. However, for now, we are focussing on interaction of Frontend to Backend, this is called an Endpoint.
A discussion on the frontend usage of an API. This is about creating a page that is well organized and updates based on the backend code created for the api.
APIs can be found all over the internet. A great consolidator of many APIs is RapidAPI. In this blog we will use a site to consolidates API stats. Learning a few lines of code and you can start extracting lots of data from the internet via APIs.
